One’s view at life – Sympathy Poems

Its scary, when you see life as seen through these eyes,
You feel sympathy for yourself, as pity is what you live on,
Just as a human should, you think there will be that time when it all just works out,
But reality gives you no time to dream, it hits again as if you caused offense to it,
The pity i live on, is the lowest level, one dare not respect one self, one dare not think ‘happy’,
I am wrong to say happiness, love, or life is over rated,
I am wrong to say anything i think,
I am what i am, i can’t try and be what they want me to be,
They want this, they want that, they live not their own life, they run many.
You can’t decide, you can’t help yourself, ones word confuses you,
You feel there will be a time when, you look at this and make it a lesson for others.

So Far Away – Sympathy Poem

It seems you have a life, somewhat stolen
Each and every blink of your eyes remind us
That our hearts have become swollen
We don’t blame you for your distrust

People stare, uncomprehending
It’s not fair, your just another gift
Going through life, defending
You can’t understand, your mind adrift

Don’t be scared little one, take my hand
I will be your friend, in this neverland
For I know how you feel, alone and afraid
We are different, in our own lives we’ve made

Takes one to know one, they all said
Can’t imagine the thoughts, running through your head
Too much is left undone, this wasn’t your choice
So don’t feel as if you don’t have a voice

Only you know, how it feels
To be laughed at, ridiculed, day and night
Your beautiful smile, the pain it heals
Hoping for once, it will bring you light

Go ahead, and enjoy your life
It’s the one you were given, no matter the strife
Just remember, you are a truly special one
And I want to prove that, before this poem is done

Some say you’re crazy, some feel your pain
But they can’t read your mind, standing in the rain
Their guilt doesn’t phase you, you are too strong
Live a happy life, and may it be long

Even if your time is cut short, keep in mind
Love is shared, from your heart to mine
No matter what everyone thinks, forget them
For you are unique, no need to condemn

I must be going now, I wish you well
For you are lost, in this never ending spell
As time goes on, you will understand
Why you were made this way, socially banned

I am Sympathy – Sympathy Poems

If tears could bring you back,
You would already be here with me.

I will kiss the rain and pray,
Somewhere in Heaven my kiss will find you.

If my eyes can’t see you,
My heart will never forget you.

Wanting to find comfort and hope,
In the memories I have left.

May my heart be freed,
From this sadness and agony.
